Strategists: While visionaries define where the team is going, strategists determine how to get there. They divide big pictures into smaller pieces that can be done and ensure teams’ efforts move along with the ultimate objectives in view. Strategy players are essential for planning and problem-solving, helping groups overcome challenges while remaining focused.
Specialists: Technical experts with extensive knowledge of particular subjects are known as specialists. Transliteration: "Alpānāmapi vastūnāṃ saṃhatiḥ kāryasādhikā। Tṛṇairguṇatvamāpannaiḥ badhyante mattadantinaḥ॥"
Translation: "Even small and insignificant things, when united, can achieve significant tasks. Ropes made of simple grass can bind even a mighty elephant."
This Subhashita highlights the power of unity and the importance of assembling a team with the right individuals, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant their contributions might be. When these individuals work harmoniously, they can accomplish otherwise impossible tasks, just as simple grass ropes can bind a mighty elephant. "न तदग्नि: प्रभवति यो वनं दह्यतेऽनिशम्। यस्याङ्गारास्तु वीरा: सुतप्ताः संविधायिन:॥"
Transliteration: "Na tadagniḥ prabhavati yo vanaṃ dahyate'niśam। Yasyāṅgārāstu vīrāḥ sutaptāḥ saṃvidhāyinaḥ॥"
Translation: "The fire that burns continuously does not succeed in burning down the forest. But the embers, when strong and well-coordinated, can set everything ablaze."
